1 RESERVATION METHOD for CAMPSITES

Via Internet: Search for availability and make reservation. 
2 RATES 
The weekly rate includes: - renting the accommodation - The campsite fees (set rate for up to 5 people in the Estivale, Convivial and Residential options, 4 or 8 people in the Mobile-homes, depending on the model, 6 people in the O'Hara option), the place, one car, water, gas and electricity. Additional persons not registered in the lease contract will not be allowed to stay on the plot provided. 
3 COMPLETING RESERVATION 
The reservation is made with us on payment by bank transfer of your deposit. We will then confirm your booking by email. Any balance due to the travel operator is paid by credit card by yourself with the link given by French Mobile Home Holidays and will be subject to the terms and conditions of that travel operator. 
4 TOURIST TAX 
This shall be settled separately on site at the campsite reception on the day of your arrival. The tax is generally an amount between 0,17 € or O,70 €. per day and per person, depending on the town. This amount is sometimes defined in Spring, and therefore we are not aware of the exact amount before the start of the season. 
5 DISCLAIMER

The total responsibility for the provision of all promised aspects of the holiday will however rest with those travel operators, campsite owners or companies we may book with on your behalf. Their terms and conditions of business will form part of your booking with us. 
6 THE STAY 
Arrival between 15.00H and 19.00H on Saturdays and Wednesdays and departure between 8.00 and 11.00 from June 26 to August 28. Outside these dates, arrivals are made Mondays, Wednesdays and Saturdays between 16.00H and 19.00H; the departures are Mondays, Wednesdays and Saturdays between 9.00H and 12.00H. We cannot be in any case held responsible for losses or theft of personal objects or of your personal belongings, or for injury or damage occurring to holiday makers or their goods during their stay. Customers have an obligation to respect and apply the rules of procedure of the Camp-site. Under no circumstance shall we be held liable in the event of breaches or serious misdemeanours. 
7 CAMPING SITE VARIATIONS
The sites also welcome private campers. We receive information on the activities on offer at the campsites from those campsites. Depending on the time of year, and for reasons beyond our control, not all activities may be operational. Activities vary depending on each campsite. They may be free of charge (evening entertainment, disco, games, cabaret night) or charged for (tournaments, paella night…). 
8 MODIFICATIONS 
Modifications shall only be permitted with consent and notification in writing sent by the customer, subject to our availability (16 €. fee) 
9 CANCELLATION 
In the event a cancellation is made more than 6 weeks before the start of the stay we will withhold an amount equal to 25% of the total price. In the event the cancellation is made less than 6 weeks before the start of your stay, we will withhold the whole price of your stay. Refunds shall not be granted in the event of early departures or delayed arrivals. Contractual cancellation fee: 46 €. 
10 CANCELLATION GUARANTEE 
2 € . per day. We recommend you take out a cancellation guarantee according to the terms defined below: - The amount of the guarantee is payable in full and exclusively upon reservation. It is added to the amount of the deposit. - To be acceptable, the cancellation of the stay must be notified by registered mail with acknowledgement of receipt no later than 3 days after the event entailing the cancellation. You will find the complete list of reasons covered by this guarantee below. All cancellation requests shall include specific and unquestionable documentary proof. - The cancellation guarantee ensures the return of the contractual lease price when such cancellation is made between the reservation date and the date of arrival to the campsite, as a result of a problem unknown or unexpected at the time of the reservation. Amounts that will not be returned: cancellation guarantee and fees (46 € amount). The incidents covered by the cancellation guarantee are (all inclusive list): 1) Death, serious personal engraves or serious illness suffered by yourself, your spouse, ascendants, descendants, brothers and sisters. 2) Termination of your job or that of your spouse. 3) Relocation due to a professional transfer. 4) Damages to your main residence caused by fires, floods, property damages caused by theft or vandalism, storms, natural disasters. The cancellation guarantee shall lapse once the lease starts and cannot be claimed in the event any of the incidents listed above should occur during the stay. 
11 PETS 
Pets are not permitted in the Mobile-homes, Residential and O'Hara options, regardless of the campsite. However, they are allowed in the Estivale and Convivial options, except in the Marine Kermario, Petit Mousse and Signol campsites. For hygiene reasons, the animals are only allowed under the canopy. Under no circumstances may they be left unattended on the campsite. Upon your arrival, the travel operator and / or campsite will request you show your pet's vaccination book. An additional fee per day shall be settled at the campsite reception according to the rates in force. 1st and 2nd category animals are strictly prohibited. 
12 BARBECUE 
Although personal charcoal barbecues are not allowed on each site, you can use the communal barbecues installed in the following locations: (Surfaces of barbecues arranged, bring the grid): Lou Broustaricq, Les Sources, Le Talaris, Le Col Vert. - Surfaces of barbecues non made-up: (bring your own equipment) Vignes, Pyla, Lou Broustaricq. Gas barbecues are authorized on all campsites except: Les Lacs du Verdon and Les Vignes. Electric barbecues are prohibited. 
13 SECURITY DEPOSIT 
150 €. for all Mobile-homes. This deposit is payable upon your arrival. In the event you do not leave the premises correctly cleaned, an amount of 53 € shall be withheld from your initial deposit. If your accommodation is ready to be leased immediately, you will receive your deposit upon departure (after deductions for any missing items or possible damages). No claims will be accepted in the event of departures made without the premises first being inspected. You will be asked to provide a deposit for the magnetic cards used in the automatic barriers as well as for the swimming pool bracelets. 
14 BABIES 
All campsites offer the possibility of renting cots and high chairs, for 2 €. per day and equipment, within the limit of our possibilities. If you wish to rent this equipment, it is essential you inform us when making your reservation. There are no baby bed options available for those renting Amical mobile homes. 
15 TENTS 
Igloo-style tents for two people are available, exclusively for the Estivale and Convivial options. No more than 5 persons are permitted per accommodation unit. To benefit from this advantage, just mention it on your reservation form. No tent allowed on the mobile home places.

FRENCH MOBILE HOME HOLIDAYS cannot be responsible for erroneous information on these services. There may be changes to attractions at sites, particularly out of season, when, to reflect this, rates are reduced to holidaymakers.
